and updates via faxing links, e-mail and various data exchange systems
that are linked to our work providers.
Estimating is carried out using common
assessment systems directly connected to our work providers. We can
image damaged vehicles using digital cameras. A repair assessment is
compiled using standard repair times to which we network the information
to the relevant motor engineer units. This allows us to commence
repairs immediately and hold a repair history for the vehicle.
Estimating packages available include; Audatex Global Claims, Glassmatix, ARCS and Inter-Est.
Quality of repair is paramount. We are
accredited with ISO9001 and PAS125 quality standards. We adhere to the
environmental protection act and hold Standox repanet status. We operate
premier repair centres for leading insurance companies throughout the
North of England.
We are able to undertake accident recovery and provide courtesy cars 24hrs, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

areas. Accident damaged vehicles are stored securely and monitored via
our 24hr control centre.
